Will always return to my favorite place in Zakopane. Great staff, even helped me with sim cards. Has everything I need like Wi-Fi, Free parking, Bar/ Lounge, Outdoor dining, Flat-screen TV. No pets, Non-smoking. Perfect for my trips!

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation. the rooms are clean and well-maintained. the staff is friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast selection is very limited, especially for vegetarians, and the staff can be rude and unaccommodating. the room sizes are small and the furniture, especially the sofa bed, is uncomfortable.

We had a great Easter holiday at this hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including freshly baked pastries and hot dishes. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still within walking distance. The nearby supermarket was a convenient option to buy snacks and drinks for our day trips. We also appreciated the free parking on site and the clean rooms.
A few things could have been better. The staff's English speaking abilities were quite limited, making communication a bit difficult at times.

Great value for money! The room was spotlessly clean and had a convenient small fridge and kettle. The free parking was a bonus. The small shop on the ground floor was super convenient. The hotel offered decent amenities, including a lovely breakfast with different food options each day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a 30-minute walk from the train station. a fantastic stay!
